This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Aon Australia offices. What the day will look like Reporting directly to the Client Managers & Directors, you will be managing an insurance portfolio of clients across Life Insurance. You will be responsible for:Growing an existing book of business through internal and external new business prospectingEngagement and negotiation with Life Insurance marketsUtilising data and analytics to provide insights to clients and support marketing strategies across Life Insurance Managing a portfolio of large national and multi-national clientsDesigning and executing service plans to deliver superior client outcomes and aligns to client needsFacilitation of strategic claim reviews to ensure the best outcomes for all partiesDeveloping appropriate solutions to meet client needs resulting in improved client outcomes and retentionWorking collaboratively with national colleagues to build best in class solutions for Aon clients How this opportunity is different As an Aon colleague, you will never be limited by your job title. Skills and experience that will lead to success Previous experience at least 3 years in group risk for insurers or consulting/broking company or rehabilitation firm High level of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to communicate effectively in oral and written formExtensive knowledge of Group Risk programs including the various legislative requirementsProven ability to manage multiple consulting engagements for a diverse range of clientsProficient computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, in-house designed databases)Have superior time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects projects/deadlines simultaneously.General Insurance Broking and/ or, Life and superannuation certification will be viewed favourably How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
