Addison Group’s client is seeking a Business Development Representative to join their team in Washington, DC! This is a direct hire role and is currently remote with the option to go in-office if desired. The ideal candidate will be self-motived and have an entrepreneurial spirit.
Job Description:
Generate new business revenues across all platforms
Work off of warm leads
Work through inbound requests and inquires
Manage and cultivate an active account list
Work with management to develop value-driven messaging and positioning, launch new products, and drive adoption of existing products
Ensure all revenue goals are achieved
Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction
Work with the large sales advertising team to figure out what products are being sold and what is available
Work with the sales director to sell the products
Respond to client inquiries
Qualifications:
1-2 years of relevant business development experience
Digital media experience is a plus
3 years of events, advertising, or media experience
Must be proactive and process-oriented
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Must be a team player
Strong communication skills
