Aon is hiring for a Sales Director to join the Cyber Solutions practiceAs part of an industry-leading team, you will retain, build and grow Aon’s business, specifically insurance panel business by cultivating relationships with executive client decision-makers in the client organization as well as with day-to-day client contacts while supporting Cyber Solutions in Toronto, Canada.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelops and delivers sophisticated presentations and communications tailored to the needs of the audience and the circumstances at hand.Establishes strong credibility with clients on both business and risk issues and is sought after by clients as an advisor. Leverage credibility, knowledge and open dialog to influence client purchasing decisions and close wins.Obtains knowledge of competitors’ services/products and counters with enhanced products, processes or expert advice better aligned to client needs.Educates clients in risk management, risk transfer, market issues, and relevant trends.Reports and resolves client issues and concerns and reviews client expectations to ensure relationship is mutually acceptable and beneficial.Actively drives client penetration and new business with existing and potential new customers through the introduction of products, services, lines of business and industry expertise. Identifies each client's needs and develops a detailed plan to help clients achieve their goals and objectives. Serves as a resource of industry, product or market area expertise to internal and external clients.Demonstrates a profitable book of business.
