Job Summary
It will be your primary responsibility to execute sales strategy, initiate contact with potential customers and maintain current relationships, identify needs and sell appropriate services to meet those needs. You will also need to create and build client relationships to obtain new business. This role assists in developing and facilitating the proposal process for specific clients including pricing development, proposal writing, contract negotiations and client presentations. This job will be primarily remote but you will be required to visit clients onsite on a weekly basis.
Essential Job Functions
Visit clients and prospective clients with face to face office visits in the Greater Tampa Area
Generate new customers through leads and cold calling
Establish and maintain new client relationships with the various parties to anticipate and resolve potential problems
Utilize Hubspot CRM to maintain and manage contacts, sales funnel, and field activity
Assist with territory sales forecast sales, build a strategic plan to achieve your territory goals, and develop sales strategies to support your goals
Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
Represent **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. at real estate events and trade shows
Experience with following a disciplined sales process
Requirements
Preferred Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED,
Required
Bachelors degree in business, or a related field
preferred
2 or more years of outside sales experience
Engage clients in face-to-face interactions (which may require local/on-site travel)
Familiarity with Hubspot, (link removed), Sugar, or similar CRM
Proven inside and/or outside sales experience
Must be located in the Greater Tampa Area
Benefits
This is a full-time position. Regular hours will be 8:30-5:00 PM. Some evening and weekend work will be required. Your total comp plan will be in the range of $80k - $125k depending on commission earnings.
