Assist Strategic Partnership GM in developing and implementing execution plan of the company’s long-term partnership strategies to define and evolve GEHC’s offerings in private market;
Work closely with relevant internal and external stakeholders to plan and implement partnership projects in effective approaches;
Initiate, organize and facilitate internal and external communication, lead the mission-based project team and manage cross-functional efforts, to achieve the stage objectives and milestones within project timeline;
Support in key verticals, product/portfolio strategy and partnership models definition through market and customer survey, pilot and validate commercial models with commercial joint efforts;
Prepare business case, presentation and documents for internal review;
Organize sales training and customer events with efficient outcomes;
Follow GE policies, procedures and Operating Mechanism. Proactively participates in company initiatives depending on organizational needs and as directed by management. Ensure knowledge of and compliance of integrity and company policies.
Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 3 years’ working experience in medical device or consumable MNC, medical relevant educational background is preferred.
With solid experience in marketing, marketing communication or commercial project management.
Experience in Business Development, Private Equity of Management Consulting in healthcare is preferred.
Ability to self-learn proactively and think creatively while executing methodically with high attention to details, operational excellence and ability of multi-tasking.
Strong communication and influence skills and lead cross functional teams to deliver results.
With business acumen and data analytic skills, be able to business travel.
Low ego, collaborative, direct, and outcome oriented.
