**A Day in the Life**
The Digital Marketing Strategist is responsible and accountable for the strategic planning, development, execution and measurement of integrated marketing programs and campaigns within their assigned businesses and/or specializations as follows:
Working with sales & marketing partners to understand their business needs and map complex business requirements into integrated campaigns that leverage our marketing technology stack
Influence content creation to enable multi-channel distribution
Develop, execute and measure integrated programs and campaigns as assigned/planned
You will be working with a fun, high-functioning, collaborative team that thinks on whiteboards, thrives on creative problem solving and strives to better ourselves and our business to exceed goals and fulfill the Medtronic mission of alleviating pain, restoring health and extending life.
This is a full-time, salaried, individual contributor position that may will hire from entry level to senior level experience and skill set based on team needs.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
Work in close collaboration with team members within the Marketing Operations team, Commercial Operations team, cross-functional teams and assigned business(s) units of responsibilities, as well as in partnership with external agencies and consulting partners.
Build a marketing demand generation mix of inbound and outbound programs, including but not limited to email campaigns, paid marketing and acquisition channels, SEM/SEO, content marketing and syndication, social media, digital advertising, and webinars.
Strategically and tactically be responsible for optimizing marketing ROI by determining the appropriate program mix, measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the impact of demand generation.
Design, build and execute integrated outbound & inbound marketing programs and campaigns to drive qualified leads, support pipeline development, drive revenue, and increase funnel conversion and conversion rate optimization
Drive operational excellence in the marketing organization by applying your unique expertise to identify and execute on opportunity areas to create efficiency, improve processes and increase effectiveness.

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
Bachelors degree required
Minimum of 4 years of experience leading demand generation strategies utilizing inbound and outbound programs in B2B or B2C or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Sharepoint and Teams preferred).
MarTech stack experience including experience with tools such as Eloqua, Marketo, Salesforce, Workfront, Adobe analytics platforms, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.
**Nice to Have**
Master's degree
Healthcare or complex B2B experience preferred.
Experience in marketing automation (Eloqua preferred), CRM (Salesforce.com preferred), or other CRM systems, Social Media and Paid Search.
Project management: ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities to deliver on-time
Interpersonal skills: exceptional verbal/written communication, listening, coaching and presentation skills with attention to detail
Proven track record of obtaining results without direct report authority
Highly self-motivated contributor who works well as an individual and within a team environment
Excellent organizational skills; capacity to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
Experience working as an internal agency, with clients and/or on cross-functional teams with the ability to communicate with all levels of management
Travels to relevant business locations, region(s) and business partner locations to meet with current and prospective business partners to receive input on needs and behaviors, programs, messaging and other applicable initiatives.
Must be willing to travel 10-25%
