We’re hiring! Aon is recruiting a Business Development Manager for our Voluntary Benefits business, within our Health Solutions Hong Kong team. The Voluntary Benefits solution is an exciting new digital platform being exclusively offered to Health Solution clients and their employees.  This is a new role, responsible for driving sales and business development activities to ensure client adoption of the Voluntary Benefits solution resulting in revenue growth for the Health Solutions business. This is a critical role to grow the Aon’s Voluntary Benefits business in a key market. He/She will champion all sales-related initiatives and must work closely with colleagues from the Local & Regional Health Solutions teams, the Sales & Marketing team as well as all local Heads of Department from Aon Hong Kong.  Strong consultative selling, interpersonal and negotiation skills are a must for the Business Development Director as he/she will be expected to engage in conversations, build relationships and take to market the solution’s value proposition to Health Solution clients dealing with key HR decision makers at all levels.   About AonHeadquartered in London, Aon Plc is a leading global professional services firm providing a broad range of risk, retirement and health solutions. It’s an environment which encourages you to achieve your best - together we’ll empower results.  Duties and Responsibilities Oversee the development and execution of the annual sales and client plan for Hong Kong to ensure that there is a sufficient client pipeline to onboard required client numbers, as per targets, to meet the year-to-year budgeted revenue growth Strategize local market plans to build a continuous pipeline of opportunities, leading the team to convert clients to successfully onboard the Voluntary Benefits solutionWork closely with Aon HK and Regional Health Solutions teams to drive client conversations, monitor client activity and ensure required penetration of Hong Kong Health Solutions’ client portfolio to meet targets. Support the development and execution of a sales & marketing strategy for the growth of Voluntary Benefits business in Hong Kong in conjunction with the relevant market Health Solutions head. Assist with the implementation of a Voluntary Benefits marketing plan to drive B2B client marketing activities in Hong Kong with target clients including but not confined to: seminars, symposiums, worksite promotions, financial wellbeing sessions, white papers, communications etc.Coordinate Voluntary Benefits sales and business development activities across Aon Hong Kong to maximise Voluntary Benefits take up across Health Solutions clients base. Deliver ongoing training on the solution to assist Health Solution colleagues in having effective client conversations on Voluntary Benefits solutions and clearly articulate the value propositionSupport the delivery of client onboarding requirements to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing running of all campaign activity to ensure the best solutions are delivered to clients in the most efficient way.Support the ongoing regular review of all client Voluntary Benefit programmes to enhance the distribution of additional products and services which drives new business opportunity and is aligned to client and employee need.Achieve Voluntary Benefits new business revenue target . PERFORMANCE MEASURES Delivery of client sales strategy, with execution of a marketing plan to promote Aon’s Voluntary Benefits proposition and achieve target client take up numbers and financial targets for Hong Kong.Effectively drive and support the Voluntary Benefits sales strategy and client segmentation plan in place via local and regional health solutions teams. Ensure all new Voluntary Benefits programmes in Hong Kong are onboarded in accordance with Aon Voluntary Benefits process and Health Solutions protocol and are regularly reviewed to align with client need and programme’s ongoing objectives.Delivery of a quality Voluntary Benefits client experience throughout the sales and onboarding process to across Aon’s HS clients.
