Business Development Associate

ResProp Management is looking for new college graduates with extreme character, talent, drive, and teaming ability to join our BizTech Program. ResProp Management is part of a portfolio of companies founded by entrepreneur and investor, Peter Rex. Peter turned a bootstrapped real estate investment business into a $1.5 billion integrated investment and operations company all before the age of 35.

The BizTech program’s goal is to recruit high-quality, early career individuals who have an entrepreneurial hunger, bias for execution, and the desire to create meaningful value through a career in business. These motivated individuals want to learn and create value for our tech-enabled property management business and develop into our businesses leaders of tomorrow.

Position Highlights:

Engage in all aspects of multifamily real estate, with an initial focus on property-level sales and marketing

Learn directly from industry professionals, and proven entrepreneurs on how to develop and run a business

Mentorship and networking opportunities across multiple businesses in the portfolio (investment, technology, and operations)

Qualifications:

Ready to join the workforce immediately after graduation

Open to relocating post-program based on business needs

Self-starter who values critical thinking

Team player who is capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines

Effective verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.

Detail oriented with a critical degree of accuracy and quality
