The Pharmacy Development Specialist will be responsible for qualifying and managing new business leads and cultivating prospects and sales.
Responsibilities
Summary
The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for managing qualifying new business leads, cultivating prospects, sales and supporting client transitions through implementation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Create and execute sales plan for assigned territory
Coordinate sales campaigns with marketing for assigned region
Support the sales plan including target market assessment, Internet and market research, and the creation of market analysis reports
Conduct market research and other surveys as needed
Manage CRM information related to prospective clients with updates to account data including contact information, demographics etc
Provide reports, queries and other data element extracts from CRM for sales team
Exercise 'cold calling' and other prospecting techniques for lead generation
Document all activities in SF per policy
Maintain accurate and complete SF Sales Pipeline
Attend state and national trade shows to prospect leads, demonstrate products and services and represent Enclara Pharmacia.
Manage incoming leads to Sales Que and forward large leads as needed
Manage sales process for zero start to ADC < 50 hospice accounts
Facilitate transition from contract signed to implementation manager and account management teams
Travel may be required.

Well-organized and ability to learn the operations of Enclara Pharmacia.
Meticulous, timely, and accurate documentation of all activities according to SF policy and directives.
Ability to educate, persuade and sell Enclara Pharmacia to prospective client.
A track record of lead generation.
High-energy with a sense of urgency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Excellent customer-service skills, ability to create and perform web presentations.
Excellent verbal, written communication, creative and interpersonal skills.
Suitable work from home environment
Ability to travel periodically when requested.
Education and/or Experience
Associates Degree or Bachelor Degree preferred
Relevant, health care related experience is preferred
Experience in business-to-business telephone communications
Computer Skills
Must be adept in Microsoft office and CRM software use
