Your impact as a Strategy Consultant Engagement LeaderJob Responsibilities:A Strategy Consultant / Client Engagement Leader will participate in various phases of client engagements, with responsibilities including:Conducting discovery sessions with clients to determine objectives and prioritiesStructuring and framing projects and initiatives into work streamsDeveloping a storyboard and framework for analysisManaging and overseeing the work of one or more AnalystsPerforming data analysis and modelingSynthesizing findings and identifying key insights from analysis of dataPreparing and conducting client and industry expert interviewsDeveloping client-ready materials (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)Communicating findings to the client, as well as to internal stakeholdersFacilitating the execution of initiatives with key participants Additionally, Consultants / Engagement Leaders at Aon Inpoint may have the opportunity to: Work with senior management to develop proposals and identify business development opportunitiesSupport the firm’s operational needs on a variety of internal initiativesAssume a dedicated account management role in the delivery of Aon Inpoint services for one or more client account You Bring Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired Experience: 7-10 years of work experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, and / or insurance (health, group benefits and life underwriting, brokerage, or business development)Strong analytical (quantitative and qualitative) abilities and a track record of academic successWillingness to learn and to solve complex problemsProject management skillsAbility to perform well under pressure, on multiple work streams, and with tight deadlinesStrong attention to detail and critical eye in overseeing work of junior analystsRegularly identifies opportunities to take on additional responsibility and to work more efficientlyStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clientsAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, (PowerPivot an advantage)Strong written and verbal communicationWilling to travel (typically less than 20%)Willingness / ability to work internationally, also not a requirement Education:Bachelor’s degree required We offer you A competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.
