The Managing Director/Global Client Leader will participate in various client activities including prospecting and sales, project management, engagements, and ongoing client management with responsibilities including: Driving business and practice development:Working with the regional sales leaders, develop proposals and identify business development opportunitiesSource and develop new business opportunities through new and existing clientsSupport the firm’s and P&C segment’s operational and business development needs on a variety of internal initiatives Pioneer new thinking, tools and techniques to enable Aon Inpoint to deliver higher value carrier initiatives at lower cost Leading client management and execution:Own and drive client discovery, strategic advisory and execution Assume a global dedicated account management role in the delivery of Aon Inpoint services for one or more client accountsConduct discovery sessions with clients to develop a deep understanding of carrier corporate strategy and key strategic challengesUnderstand (and support deployment where required) wider Aon capabilitiesPrepare and conduct client and industry expert interviewsPerform data analysis and modeling to drive business excellenceFacilitate the execution of initiatives with key client and Aon participants Leading client projects:Lead a joint carrier/Aon Inpoint team, conceiving, shaping and prioritizing strategically valuable initiativesProject manage valuable initiatives for assigned carriers delivering planned benefits in line with client expectationsInfluence client stakeholders to sponsor initiatives effectively (governance, allocating resources…)Develop storyboard and analytical frameworks, synthesize findings and identifying key insights from analysis of data and qualitative insightsCommunicate findings to the client, as well as to internal stakeholders, by developing excellent client-ready materials (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) You Bring Knowledge and Expertise: Characteristics of an Ideal Candidate:Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clientsStrong analytical (quantitative and qualitative) abilities and a track record of academic successWillingness to learn and to solve complex problemsAbility to perform well under pressure, on multiple work streams, and with tight deadlinesStrong attention to detail and critical eye in overseeing work of analystsRegularly identifies opportunities to take on additional responsibility and to work more efficientlyAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, (PowerPivot an advantage)Strong written and verbal communicationWilling to travel (typically less than 20%)Willingness / ability to work internationally, also not a requirement Education and Experience: Extensive ( 10 to 15 years) insurance industry and/or strategic consulting experience in Property & Casualty Insurance organizationsTrack record of role success and increasing levels of responsibilityProven track record in selling consulting/advisory services to clients and managing teams to deliver complex projects Demonstrated experience in Client Management and Business Development/SalesMinimum bachelor’s degree from a top tier university; MBA is ideal We offer you A competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.
